Privacy Policy — Fascure POS

This policy describes how Fast & Secure Cloud Services LLC (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use the mobile application Fascure POS (the “App”). Our website is https://www.einvoice-ksa.com.

1. Who this applies to

The App is a point-of-sale client for organizations using Fascure ERP (or compatible) backends. You choose a server (tenant) to connect to. Much of the data you work with is processed by your organization’s systems and their administrators—not only by us as the app publisher. This policy covers data handled in the App and on the device; your organization’s privacy notices may also apply to account and business data on their servers.

2. Information the App collects or processes

• Account and authentication. When you sign in, you provide identifiers such as email address and password. These are sent over HTTPS to the server you selected so that server can authenticate you. The App may store a session token and related session metadata on the device to keep you signed in until logout or expiry.
• Optional “Remember me”. If you enable it, the App may store your sign-in credentials using the device’s secure storage so you do not have to re-enter them each time.
• Configuration on device. The App stores settings such as selected server URL, preferences, and operational choices (for example default customer or POS terminal selections) on the device.
• Business data synced for offline or faster use. The App may download and store business records (such as products, customers, invoices, and related metadata) in a local database on your device, as provided by your connected server. What is synced depends on your server and permissions.
• Camera. If you use scanning features, the App accesses the device camera to read codes (for example QR or barcodes). Images are used for that purpose on the device; we do not describe separate upload of scans to our servers unless your organization’s backend is configured to receive such data.
• App version and diagnostics. The App may display version information locally. Standard platform services (such as Google Play) may collect crash or usage data according to their own policies if you have opted in or where allowed by the platform.

3. How we use this information

• To authenticate you to the server you choose and maintain your session.
• To synchronize and display business data needed to operate the POS.
• To remember your preferences and optional saved login.
• To provide scanning, printing, and related features you invoke in the App.
• To maintain security and integrity of the App experience.

4. Where data is stored

Data you enter or that is synced through the App is stored on your device (including local database and preferences/secure storage as described) and on servers operated by you or your organization (the Fascure ERP / tenant URL you connect to). We do not operate those tenant servers on your behalf as part of this policy; contact your administrator for questions about server-side retention and processing.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Data you submit is transmitted to the server you select to use the service. The App may use device features (browser, share sheet, print services) when you choose to use them. Distribution through Google Play is subject to Google’s policies.

6. Security

We design the App to use encrypted transport (HTTPS) for API traffic where configured by your server, and to use platform secure storage for sensitive saved credentials when “Remember me” is enabled. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; you should protect your device and account credentials.

7. Retention and deletion

On the device, data remains until you remove the App, use in-app options to clear local data where available, or your organization’s workflows remove it. Session tokens are cleared when you log out (subject to platform behavior). For data held on your organization’s servers, retention is governed by that organization.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have received such information, contact us using the email below and we will take appropriate steps.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
